Staff Wellness

We recognize that individual staff members' wellness practices are bolstered when supported by district policies and practices such as those below, currently implemented in CSD:

  • Establishing organized leadership, sufficient supervision, high expectations, and fair workplace conditions

  • Providing sufficient financial support and resources for programming

  • Communicating a clear vision through policy and procedures

  • Empowering teachers to assume leadership roles and provide feedback to influence decision-making

  • Providing adequate benefits and fair leave policies

We acknowledge the continued need to prioritize staff wellness at the district and school levels.
