Addressing Your Questions & Concerns

The Centennial School District strives to create and maintain open, inclusive, two-way communication with families.  Per school board Policy 906, general complaints about Board policy and district procedures, programs, personnel, operations and facilities shall begin with an informal, direct discussion between the complainant and district employee who is most directly involved. It is the intent of the Board that complaints, concerns and suggestions be addressed and/or resolved at the lowest appropriate level. The employee shall attempt to provide a reasonable explanation or take appropriate action within the employee's authority. The employee shall report the matter and the resolution to the building principal or immediate supervisor.

To facilitate this goal and to ensure we can address your needs as quickly and efficiently as possible, we have outlined the following steps for communication. We have found our dialogue with families to be particularly productive and mutually beneficial when all parties adhere to these recommended principles:

Whom Should I Contact About My Specific Question or Concern?

Click on the panel below that corresponds to your area of concern and follow the steps indicated.  Your first contact will be the staff member listed in Step 1, as that person will usually have the most information.  If you feel further discussion is warranted to resolve an issue, please contact additional personnel according to these guidelines.
