Health Services
The Health Department of the Centennial School District strives to deliver comprehensive care to promote each student’s optimal level of physical, mental and social wellness and encourage success and achievement within and beyond the academic setting.
General Guidelines on sending your child to school
Please do not send your child to school with a temperature above 100.4 degrees.
Please also wait for 24 hours for your child being fever-free without the use of medication to send them back to school.
Please do not send your child to school with active nausea, vomiting, or looseness of the bowels.
As above please wait for all symptoms to subside prior to returning to school.
Packing an extra change of clothes for our younger students is always appreciated by the Nursing Staff.
